The world has changed. Artificial intelligence codes applications, edits videos, writes texts and handles routines with the help of autonomous agents. Technical implementation is no longer the bottleneck of business, ideas are.

 

We believe that the most valuable factor in the future is the one with the best imagination. Machines can spit out thousands of ideas, but they don't live in the real world. They don't know what the real bottleneck is that Finnish companies are currently willing to pay for. That's why we are now looking for partners to join our team (without a monthly salary, but with great upside potential) whose sole task is to combine real problems in the business world and the current capabilities of artificial intelligence into a new business.

We're not looking for coders or video producers. We're looking for people who can see how these new tools can be used in business and increase sales. We offer ownership, freedom, and the opportunity to build something truly remarkable.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum contribution : You come up with one (1) problem that is holding back the Finnish business sector or working life and a solution based on artificial intelligence (e.g. agents, automation, generative AI) per week.

​

• Weekly meeting : You share your ideas with the team once a week. We vote on the group's best idea, and put artificial intelligence to work to implement it.

​

What don't we want to know about you?

• Your educational background: We have nothing against education, on the contrary, we value it! But we believe that the best ideas can come from anywhere. That's why we never leave a great guy out of the game just because they lack a certain degree.

​

• Previous work history : We don't care if you've been a CEO, an expert, or have worked in a completely different field. Often, someone who comes from outside the box can see solutions much more clearly than an expert who has been in the same job for years. That's why we don't require a long work history, we're looking for the right attitude.

​

• Your titles: These don't matter to us, because titles won't solve tomorrow's problems. Your core competence can be in any field.

What do we value above all else?

1. Imagination: You can imagine solutions where they don't yet exist.

2. Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities everywhere, not obstacles. You refuse to think that "this is how it's always been done before."

3. Reliability: When we agree on something, it holds.
